Dr. Patricia A. Challan is a licensed psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has been in private practice since 2003. She works with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan, with a special focus on children, adolescents, and emerging adults. Dr. Challan works well with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, developmental challenges, and creative blocks. She is also available for couples consultation and parent guidance.
Dr. Challan also has extensive experience as a clinical supervisor and consultant, particularly for early career professionals or those starting a private practice. She worked as the Director of Training at the Emerson Counseling and Psychological Services (ECAPS) at Emerson College from 2005 until 2022, and provided leadership for the greater psychological training community as co-chair of the Massachusetts Psychological Association’s Training Committee from 2014 to 2019. Dr. Challan is passionate about training and truly enjoys teaching and supervision.
